How FlyWhim handles personal data during the demand-validation phase of this prototype.

When you activate a travel mission we store your first name, email address, your travel mission preferences (airports, dates, flexibility, budget, moods, party details) and the consents you gave. We also store anonymous usage events with a random session identifier.
We do not collect passport numbers, payment card details, identity documents or any special-category personal data.
To validate demand for spontaneous travel and to contact you if a compatible escape becomes available, only where you explicitly consented to matching alerts.
Airline and hotel partner views receive aggregated and anonymised demand only. Your name, email address and any contact details are never exposed to partners.
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, and you may withdraw consent at any time by replying to any message we send you.
